• Break any law or regulation, or help others do so.
• Place fraudulent orders or use payment details that aren't yours.
• Try to access other people's accounts, orders or our admin area.
• Probe, scan, overload or disrupt the site, or upload malicious code.
• Scrape the site or its content automatically without our permission.
• Resell our products commercially without a written agreement.

2. Reviews and submitted content

• Only review products you have actually tried.
• No fake, paid or incentivised reviews, and no reviews of your own or competing businesses.
• No hateful, abusive, obscene, defamatory or discriminatory content.
• No personal data of other people, spam, links or advertising.
• No medical or allergy claims presented as fact.

3. Enforcement

We may reject or remove content, cancel orders, and suspend or close accounts that break this policy, and report illegal activity to the authorities.

4. Reporting

If you see content or activity that breaks this policy, please let us know.
